The Raffles' menu is based on food you can eat in Singapore and the surrounding countries, so of course Malaysian, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese cooking, along with more exotic dishes by other people who live in the region: South Indian, Portuguese and Nonya food.
We've selected dishes we think you might like, but have kept the original spicy taste, so hot items can be pretty hot!
